After nine years at the incredible Federal Mills in North Geelong, the time has come for a change.

From 1 December 2025, SJ Personnel will be operating from our new office at:

73 Barrabool Road, Highton VIC 3216

This move reflects the continued growth of our business and our commitment to providing a more accessible, dedicated space for our clients across Geelong, the Surf Coast, Ballarat, Melbourne and regional Victoria.

For 15 years, we have been privileged to support an extraordinary range of businesses with recruitment, HR advisory, workforce planning and compliance services. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and remain focused on delivering accurate, practical and future-ready HR solutions.

Our new office will allow us to continue strengthening the support we provide to local and national organisations, ensuring businesses remain compliant, well-resourced and prepared for the challenges ahead.
