Sarah Jane (SJ) Personnel co-founder Sarah Jane Charleston is an experienced HR and Resourcing Specialist, who has gained in excess of 21 years recruitment experience across both local and international recruitment companies. Sarah is an accomplished and dynamic Human Resources professional with excellent consultative, and strategic business partnering skills.
Sarah is an innovative and energetic entrepreneur, where she is involved with local committee boards and helps and assists local charities and fundraisers. Sarah is also a judge on the Geelong Business Excellence Awards.
On a personal note, Sarah is a mother of three young children, where she ensures work life balance between her family lifestyle and work.
Susannah brings with her over 15 years of field marketing experience. Her years of recruiting, managing and implementing teams to drive successful results for many high-profile brands has given her a keen eye for finding the right talent for the right placement.
As a HR and Recruitment Consultant at SJ Personnel, Susannah ensures that our client’s attract and retain the best talent, whilst also assisting and complying with legal requirements and fostering positive employee relations via our outsourcing HR services.
On a personal note, Susannah has three beautiful children and a wonderful husband that she adores. She has mastered the work / life balance.
SJ Personnel co-founder Adam has more than 30 years experience in senior management and executive roles in family, multinational and government agencies. A chartered accountant by profession, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, finance, marketing and strategic planning to our organisation.
Working with a variety of organisations, Adam has experience in financial services, finance, engineering, product development and sourcing, distribution and consumer retailing.
Adam’s extensive business background ensures that we have a sound understanding of your organisation’s recruitment requirements.
During his leisure time, Adam likes to hit the golf course and create cherished memories with his six grandchildren.
