The Workplace Engagement Index – The state of employee engagement across Australia in 2024.

HR conference – 1 in 3 of our employees are concerned about their mental health.

Reward Gateways has presented a great HR conference today to discuss how 2024 might play out. Looks like we might have a similar year to 2023, people are VERY concerned about the cost of living.

Employees don’t leave a company; they leave due to their boss. We need to spend more time training and developing managers to perform at their best. Managers need to build more trust, lead by example and reward employees more often. Managers need to see their team and ENCOURAGE them along the journey, not just at the end of the task. This will help with engagement and productivity.

Engagement of staff, Rewards along the way, Supportive environment and a TEAM mentality to help support mental health in Australia in 2024.
